Build resilience in 5 minutes a day
Help shape the future of mental health
Join a psychology study exploring how a simple, structured app can support your wellbeing, self-regulation, and daily habits.
Most people know what helps mental health.
The challenge is doing it consistently.
This study is built around a simple idea:
Small daily actions
Repetition over time
Creating meaningful change
Run by the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in collaboration with MindBerry.
Voluntary · Anonymous · Withdraw anytime
Our research is based on a biopsychosocial model - meaning we look at how different aspects of life interact to shape wellbeing and resilience.
psychological factors
physical health
lifestyle and daily habits
environmental influences
Mindberry developed a simple, structured mental health app designed to support everyday resilience. The app works through a short quiz that focuses on your resilience, after which you receive 6 activities aimed at supporting your mental and physical wellbeing.
time perspective
body awareness
coping skills
stress and burnout prevention
building healthy daily habits
"as psychologists we believe in 1% daily changes"
Your participation gives back
Complete the full 28 days and MindBerry will make a donation to Heads Together - a mental health charity - on your behalf. Five participants will also be randomly selected at the end of the study to win a 30-minute Mindberry session voucher, valid until the end of the year.
