Below is a step-by-step guide to support you.
Download the Mindberry App
After signing up and completing the initial questionnaires, download the MindBerry app (App Store / Google Play)
Log in
Log in using the same email address you used during sign-up
Check in
Complete your first resilience check-in
You will receive 6 activities
You can stack it with an existing habit (e.g., after lunch, before bed)
You can go at your own pace
We recommend doing 1 per day
Important:
You can still participate even if you don’t follow the daily rhythm. We recommend that you complete at least 12 activities during the study.
After completing your 6 activities:
Retake the resilience check-in
Receive a new set of activities
Continue throughout the 28-day period
At the end of the study you will receive a follow-up questionnaire via email (Please complete it using the same email address)
Notifications & Reminders
You may receive optional study-related notifications through the MindBerry app We recommend turning notifications on to support consistency, but this is completely voluntary
